If you want a beautiful fence, soundly constructed, with gates that don’t sag, and posts sunk in 100 lbs of concrete, call Top Tier Fencing as fast as you can. The team members worked incredibly hard in our really awful heat and humidity. The quality is worth the price, which was less than I expected.

One complete side of my fence suffered damage during the recent severe storms and ended up on my neighbor’s yard… KC Top Tier Exteriors answered the call! May the pics express my jubilation for a job well done!

Solid experience, quick quote, a couple of week lead time. Removed old fence and disposed of it. Installed new fencing. Project completed in 2 days. Great communication, very happy with the competed job. Would definitely consider Top Tier for other projects.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. Had 1 side of decades old fencing and gate that had trees etc growing in it replaced. Ed, who did the quote, was friendly, courteous and of 4 people who I got quotes from, he was the only one who would bid with removal. Riley and his install crew were also amazing. Quick, quality work. I will definitely use them again for other exterior projects. Highly recommend.

Just finished a white plygem fence and a raised pergola deck. The work is 10/10, looks great, and although we were picky and wanted things a certain, they were always understanding and adjusted to what we wanted to do. Absolutely recommend them and would call them in the future for other things.

They were very professional starting with Ed, who came to our house to go over what we wanted done. He explained everything perfectly. The crew that came out and took out the single window and put in a sliding glass door. Very friendly and polite. Couldn’t ask for a better crew. They did an excellent job. Trim around the door inside and out. Inside, they did the sheet rock, muddy and painted the whole wall. Stained the trim. Got the siding outside up… it looks beautiful!!! And the price was awesome. I would highly recommend this company for any job. Thank you KC Top Tier Exteriors

Kansas City Top Tier Exteriors is so easy to work with. They don’t try to be something they are not. Everyone I have worked with at KCTTE showed up on time for appointments. The proposals were easy to read and outlined line by line what work was going to be performed. Lastly, the crew(s) performing the work did exactly what they said they would do in the proposal.

KC Top Tier came out and listened to what we wanted and installed new steps and railing to our specifications. They went the extra mile in completely removing the concrete steps under the existing wood steps. Very professional and diligent in securing the new steps to the concrete and house. The new railing looks great and is very sturdy. I would highly recommend them.

Came and built my fence. Very quiet, courteous, and got everything done in two 8-hour days. They cleaned up everything when they left. Thinking about doing a front porch now. 🤔

Todd J.

They did a great job installing metal handrails on our front steps and replacing the backdoor steps and rail.
I plan to work with them again on another project. Nice people to have working around the house. Clean up crew came at the end of each work day to remove debris/trash.
